Greetings! Welcome to the official website of South China Business CollegeGuangdong University of Foreign Studies (SCBC). Our college is located in Guangzhou, the largest city in Southern China—a city known as the “Flower City”As college rooted in business and distinguished by foreign language education, we have pursued our mission for nearly three decades. We steadfastly uphold the educational philosophy of  “For the Future Development of Our Students,” adhering to the school-running orientation of Locality, Internationalization, and Application-focused Education.” We are committed to cultivating application-oriented talents with outstanding moral character, exceptional scientific and humanistic literacy, high foreign language proficiency, and strong practical capabilities. At SCBC, all the faculty members wholeheartedly empower students to acquire the knowledge, competencies, and comprehensive qualities needed to navigate the relationships between people, between individuals and society, between humans and nature, and between physical and mental harmony. This helps the students cultivate virtue, achieve success, and build careers in an interconnected world, enabling them to face complex challenges with confidence and integrity while amplifying the meaning of their lives.

SCBC is actively advancing its vision to become a high-level application-oriented foreign language college. Its commitment to internationalization and fostering a global perspective is deeply embedded in its educational practices and management. We have established partnerships with over 60 universities and academic institutions in 21 countries and regions worldwide, striving to open pathways for faculty and students to engage with the global community and build collaborative international education platforms. In recent years, over 3,000 students have pursued advanced studies, internships, or academic visits in countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, and Egypt. More than 200 faculty members have undertaken overseas training, research collaborations, or exchange programs. Additionally, nearly 250 international students have been admitted for study, advanced training, or cultural exchange programs.
